Accommodations will be provided at the Grand Hyatt Washington, 1000 H St., Washington D.C. NAR will cover a 3-night stay (January 21, January 22 and January 23 for all attendees who will attend the Policy Forum on January 23).

Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations are part of the registration process.
A credit card is required to hold the room and for any personal charges during your stay. The credit card used for holding the room will not be charged at the time of the booking.
The check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM

Note: reservations booked directly with the hotel will not be eligible for reimbursement or given the special NAR rate.

Hotel Cancelation Policy

The deadline to register and book your hotel room is Friday, December 26. Please note that a one-night stay fee plus applicable taxes will be charged to the credit card on file, should you cancel your hotel reservation less than 72 hours before your arrival date. The room rate is $289. This rate excludes hotel taxes and fees.

Flight Reservations

Members are encouraged to reserve travel through our official travel partner, Ovation Travel, by contacting nargroups@ovationtravel.com or calling 312-741-6429. No up-front payment is required. Ovation’s office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.

When booking through Ovation, available United Airlines and Delta Air Lines discounts will be automatically applied, ensuring members receive the best eligible rates.

Alternatively, invited members are welcome to book their travel through their preferred travel agent. NAR will reimburse coach-class airfare booked independently; any upgrades are the member’s responsibility. Members should save all receipts, including for airfare and airport transfers (e.g., rideshare, taxi), and submit them after the event in accordance with the NAR Member Travel Policy.

Airline Discounts for Self-Booking

Members who prefer to book their own flights can take advantage of special discounts available to NAR attendees:

United Airlines

Receive a 2–10% discount on United Airlines, United Express, or other United-approved flights.
(Discounts are not valid on Basic Economy fares.)

Booking fees are waived for Meeting Reservations.

Delta Air Lines

Delta offers special discounts for NAR attendees for travel up to five days before and after the meetings.
(Not valid with other discounts, certificates, or promotional offers; some fares may not qualify.)

Airport

The closest airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) at approximately 5 miles from the Grand Hyatt Washington.

Ground Transportation

NAR will cover taxi/Uber/Lyft costs to and from the area airport(s). For additional information on ground transportation, please visit the DCA ground transportation page.

Metro Station: Metro Center stop (Red, Blue, Orange, and Silver lines) connects directly to The Grand Hyatt Washington. To get to the Washington Marriott at Metro Center, use the G & 12th St. exit.
Train Station: from Washington Union Station take the metro to Metro Center (approx. 8 min.)

The 10th Street garage attached to Grand Hyatt Washington, which is located on 10th Street between H and G Streets. Please note that self-parking at the 10th Street garage cannot be charged to your room. Additionally, there are no in-and-out privileges in the self-parking garage.
Additional parking is available at 11th Street City Center Garage, which is located on 11th Street between H Street and Palmer Alley. Pricing is subject to change, per garage ownership.
