Travel & Lodging

NAR covers coach-class airfare for invited members, which can be booked at no upfront cost through our travel partner, Ovation.

Hotel accommodation will be arranged as part of the registration process.

Lodging

Accommodation will be provided at the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC for up to three nights: Wednesday, January 27 through Friday, January 29, with checkout Saturday, January 30. Coach-class airfare, ground transportation, and meals are also covered for eligible attendees.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations are part of the registration process.
A credit card is required to hold the room and for any personal charges during your stay. The credit card used for holding the room will not be charged at the time of the booking.
The hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Note: reservations booked directly with the hotel will not be eligible for reimbursement or given the special NAR rate.

Hotel Cancelation Policy

The deadline to register and book your hotel room is Monday, December 21. Please note that a one-night stay fee plus applicable taxes will be charged to the credit card on file, should you cancel your hotel reservation less than 24 hours before your arrival date or do not show for your guaranteed reservation. . The room rate is $299. This rate excludes hotel taxes and fees.

Flight Reservations

Invited attendees and state AEs’ two paid guests may reserve travel through our partner, Ovation Travel, at nargroups@ovationtravel.com or (312) 741-6429, with no upfront payment required. Ovation can assist with both air and train reservations.

State GADs attending independently rather than as one of a state AE’s paid guests may also book through Ovation and will be asked to provide a personal form of payment for their travel.

NAR will cover coach-class airfare or train travel; any upgrades will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Airport

The closest airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) at approximately 5 miles from the Grand Hyatt Washington.

Ground Transportation

NAR will cover taxi/Uber/Lyft costs to and from the area airport(s). For additional information on ground transportation, please visit the DCA ground transportation page.
Train Station: from Washington Union Station take the metro to Metro Center (approx. 8 min.)
Rental car information: Rental cars require pre-approval and should align with the NAR Member Travel Policy. NAR discounted rental pricing is available through NAR REALTOR Benefits®.

Parking

Valet parking: from $75
Alternative parking: Additional parking options are available near the hotel. Attendees may use SpotHero, ParkWhiz, or their preferred parking app to find current availability and rates.
